No two plants produce identical product as plants utilize different feedstocks, dryer technology, temperature, fermentation time etc.; therefore, Rycom uses a selective process in determining which plants are best suited for its clients.

• Rycom was the first company in Canada to introduce "swine approved" corn distillers dried grains. Rycom selects only those plants that meet specific criteria determined by swine nutritionists to ensure optimum results.
• Rycom only markets 100% corn distillers dried grains manufactured by ethanol plants. Rycom routinely tests its DDGS suppliers for proximate analysis, mycotoxin screening and amino acid profile and makes this information available to its clients.
• In 2008 Rycom imported over 110,000 mt of corn DDGS into Canada. Rycom is the preferred supplier of corn DDGS by the largest feedlots and feed manufacturers in Western Canada due to its reliable delivery and quality control.
• In 2007, Ryan Slozka was a guest speaker on behalf of Canada at the International Distillers Dried Grain Conference in Schaumburg, IL. Ryan emphasized the importance of quality and routine testing.
